christmas help for my kids. i live in ft lauderdale i work weekends and around my childrens school schedule cleaning houses their dad works also. however do to the tuff year we are scaping by like many others i see on this site.do we pay rent or buy food its pretty hard to decide as of now i havent even put up a tree becouse i dont know what kind of christmas my kids will have. we have managed every year but its not happing this year.i cant imagine the dissapontment in my childrens eyes on christmas when they have nothing to open. i know presents arent everything, but for kids who still belive in santa , how heart breaking it is going to be on chritmas morning with no gifts.i have a 7 year old girl and a 10 year old boy .please if there is any information or anybody who can point me in the right direction with some help in this town please let me know.i can work doing odd jobs on the weekends i just cant find the work.again im in east ft lauderdale let me know.

I am a single unemployed mother of two children looking for assistance on where I could possibly find free toys ( a toy drive?) in the NYC area.

I really don't need a lot, I just dont want my two small children to suffer this year at Christmas time as this is the first year I have not been working.

MY MOTHER ALSO IS IN NEED OF HELP FOR CHRISTMAS.SHES GOING TO SCHOOL TO GET HER GED.SHE LIVES WITH MY GRAMPA WHO ON A FIXED INCOME.SHE WORRYS JUST LIKE ME.SHE HAS A 18 YEAR OLD SON WHO STILL IN HIGHSCHOOL AND A 14 YEAR OLD SON. THEY ARE TOO OLD TO BE SIGNED UP FOR ANYTHING BUT THEY ARE TENDER HEARTED.THEY ARE NOT GREEDY BUT THEY WANT WHAT TO HAVE SOMETHING TO OPEN ON CHRISTMAS.SHE REALLY NEEDS HELP AND ANYTHING THAT ANYONE CAN OFFER WOULD BE GREATLY APPICIATED TO OUR FAMILY GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

MY HUSBAND TRACY RECENTLY PASSED AWAY..IT WAS VERY SUDDEN AND NOT EXPECTED ..HE WAS ONLY 43 YEARS YOUNG....I HAVE 3 CHILDREN BUT 2 OF THEM ARE LIVING WITH ME THEY ARE 4 AND 14 MY OLDEST IS SERVING IN THE UNITED STATES ARMY AND HAS JUST GOTTEN BACK FROM IRAQ IN SEPT.....MY BROTHER PASSED AWAY ON MAY 10TH AND MY GRANDMOTHER 3 WEEKS LATER AND JUST WHEN I THOUGHT IT WAS OVER THEN MY HUSBAND ON OCT.05 OF THIS YEAR...THIS FAMILY HAS BEEN THROUGH ALOT...I AM PRAYING FOR STRENGTH TO GET THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS...IT IS HARD....I AM PRAYING FOR AN ANGEL TOO HELP WITH MY KIDS PRESENTS THIS CHRISTMAS....IT IS HARD FOR METO BE AWAY RIGHT NOW..I HAVE TRIED LEAVING MY LITTLE GIRL AND SHE THINKS I MIGHT NOT COME BACK BECAUSE OF ALL THE FUNERALS SHE HAS BEEN TOO IN THE PAST 5 MONTHS....

IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS..OR JUST WANTS TO PRAY FOR OUR FAMILY PLEASE FEEL FREE ..I HAVE CONTACTED 2 LOCAL AGENCIES BUT HAVE NOT HEARD WHERE THEY CAN HELP....

PLUS I NEED HELP MENTALLY WITH PRAYER SO THAT I CAN BE STRONG FOR MY KIDS BECAUSE I AM ALL THEY HAVE LEFT IN THE WORLD...AND LOSING MY BROTHER AND ESPECIALLY MY HUSBAND HAS LEFT ME VERY EMPTY/...SO I REALLY NEED A SPIRITUAL AND EMOTIONAL NOT TO MENTION THE PERSONAL NEED FOR MY KIDS CHRISTMAS...

I have 3 children ages 14, 10 and 7 that are about to not have any gifts for christmas, it is too late to sign up for any childrens charities...my husband is disabled and don't even get enough from s.s to pay the bills, i work a part time job to pay the rest of the bills, if you can donate please do, i have prayed and prayed and this is all i know thats left i can do..thank you so much!!! ...email me at rebecca110668@aol.com  if you can help
